Mary-Louise Parker has a big fan in son William Atticus Parker.
The 21-year-old attended a screening for his mom's new horror series, “The Institute,” in Culver City, California, on June 26.
The mother-son duo posed together on the red carpet. The star of the MGM+ thriller wore a white suit, while he opted for a cornflower blue suit with a white button-up shirt.
William Atticus Parker also shared a photo of him and his mother from the event to his Instagram story, telling his followers to go watch “The Institute” and adding that his mom “is scary asf” in the movie.
Mary-Louise Parker shares William Atticus Parker with her ex, actor Billy Crudup. The pair were together from 1996 to 2003, before Crudup left her for Claire Danes while she was pregnant with their son. Crudup is currently married to Naomi Watts.
Back in 2023, shortly after Crudup and Watts got married, Mary-Louise Parker wished them “every happiness.”
“I wish them well,” she told the Guardian. “And absolutely, I honestly of course wish them every happiness because that’s my son’s father. So I’m happy for them. I’m happy they found each other.”
Mary-Louise Parker is also mom to daughter Ash Parker, whom she welcomed in 2007 through adoption, according to People.
William Atticus Parker has followed in his famous parents' Hollywood footsteps. He made his feature directorial debut in 2022 with “Forty Winks” and followed it up with the film “Atrabilious.” He’s also a writer and producer.
Ash Parker, 18, also worked on “Atrabilious” in the music department and, according to Deadline, wrote an original song for her brother's upcoming movie “The Auction.” The indie film also stars Mary-Louise Parker.
