At 42 years old, Chris Williams was in the best shape of his life but then he suffered a heart attack, the first of many health challenges he battled over the next decade. After three more heart attacks and beating cancer, Williams started Heart Body & Soul, a nonprofit organization encouraging Black men to have open and honest conversations about their physical and mental health. TODAY’s Al Roker shares his story.
