Figure Skater Amber Glenn Opens Up About Mental Health Struggle

06:01

Figure skater Amber Glenn sits down with TODAY’s Carson Daly to open up about her struggles with mental health amid her rise to the top and the ways she copes with anxiety. She also opens up about becoming the first out LGBTQ+ women’s national figure skating champion last year, experiencing the loss of a family member and more. "It's taken me many, many years to get to where I am today and I think part of me is still in disbelief. I need to trust that I've put in the work to be here and I do deserve it," she says.
